I dont see it hapening but I guess you never really know. Chances are they will know about pinkston during the season which Porter would then be a high costing free agent. With the high price they could wait and get someone for that price but that actually works if that makes sense.

Never had a QB to play for like McNabb?? These idiots have a short memory. I think someone forgot to mention Rich Gannon and the 2002 Raider team that had one of the most prolific offenses in the history of the NFL. As for the trade, I don't think so. We don't need anymore WR's taking up roster spots. We need a RB and or a run stuffing DT. We might be in the market for a starting RT on the O-line. I'm not sold on Walker just yet. One way or the other we will be OK, but Porter should be ancient history sooner than later...

What I found interesting was this...

"Porter's contract is for five years but automatically voids to three seasons. The three-year value can be as much as $15 million and the contract includes $10 million in guarantees."

So it was really a three-year, $10 million deal, with a lot of conditional money or roster bonuses in the contract.

So Porter is very tradeable and if we get the $4 mil back he won't even affect the salary cap at all. Please Eagels make the trade and give us Winston Justice!!!
