Raiders training camp outlook: Quarterbacks

Raiders training camp outlook: Quarterbacks

Rich Gannon was the NFL MVP last season and also threatened Dan Marino’s single-season record for passing yardage for much of the season. Gannon, however, is as likely – if not more so – to mention his nightmarish Super Bowl performance, when he threw five interceptions, first.

Look for Gannon to rebound from that performance because. Perhaps no other quarterback in the NFL is more tailor-made for a Raiders’ offense that has the playbook volume that can rival the New York City phonebook.

From Article: Third-year man Marques Tuiasosopo figures to get an ample amount of reps in training camp and exhibition games. It is unclear, however, to truly gauge Tuiasosopo’s skills because he has never played in a regular season game with the contest in the balance.
Yes, Tui is not our savior...or a starter as of yet! I love and respect all my fellow Raider fans but, this is the fairest assesment you'll see of Tui...

It's says staff writer behind that guy's name for this article.

Do they actually pay this man a salary?

That was a pathetic article. It said virtually nothing but who plays QB for the Raiders.

99% percent of the posts on this board are more thought-provoking than that article.

Just felt like venting.

The article wasn't as informative as I hoped when I read the highlights, but the topic is definitely a popular one. Anyone feel like giving a pro/con of starting Tui over Gannon and vice versa. I've spoken a lot on the topic and I'd like to hear more from you guys about it.
