MISREPRESENTATIONS CAUSE DISPARITY
John Moag was on the witness stand today during the Raiders' counterclaim against the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, Ed DeSilva and Arthur Andersen.

While Moag was on the witness stand, testimony revealed that there is an enormous disparity between revenues that the Baltimore franchise is realizing since relocating from Cleveland and what the Raiders are realizing in Oakland due to the fraudulent misrepresentations by the Coliseum, Ed DeSilva and Arthur Andersen. Moag is an investment banker who assisted the city of Baltimore in regaining NFL football when the former Browns franchise moved there and became the Baltimore Ravens.
