At 33, 6'3", 300-pound Raider, motorcycle fan and father of four, John Parrella enters his 11th season as an NFL player and is pumped and ready to go. In only his second season with the Oakland Raiders, Parrella affirms, "The Raiders are the finest team in the league." Confident that the Raiders will indeed return to the Super Bowl for the second year in a row, he does acknowledge "that the team has a long road ahead of [us] this season," but he welcomes the challenge.

another underrated player. A HUGE help last year, big parella is a beast and ive heard one of the (if not THE) strong men in the league.

Had agreat year last year, and im expectin the same, him and stubblefield r guna be great role models for the youngins on the Dline.
