Seymour: Allen has the 'It Factor'

Color Richard Seymour impressed.

The Raiders' defensive end, who most likely has a bust with his visage on it waiting for him in Canton, talked briefly and positively about new coach Dennis Allen during Oakland's mid-June minicamp.

Monday, though, Seymour spoke glowingly about the rookie head coach.

I have faith that the scheme will make this defense better with more 3-4, zone, blitzes and attacking. But it will be up to the players to execute the defenses. Coaches coach, players play.
