Damn right it is Russell's fault. He is a grown man and made his choices. We all have been there one time or another. Good or bad, our decisions define who we are. It's our choice and no one is resposible for them but us. I still wish him the best and hope he can turn his life around but in no way is the Raiders organization responsible for his lack of judgement.
