When I read stuff like this it goes such a long way in explaining our record the past five years. He used to get away with antics like these, but the game has changed and he hasn't changed with it.

I tried to tell people this was about as dysfunctional as it gets, but I was labeled a hater... hmmm guess this was another area I was pretty damned accurate about.
