It says he ran without a noticeable limp. It's nice to see Kelly's working hard rehabbing the knee, but the real litmus test will be how he performs once the season starts.

I personally like how he hasn't let the injury affect his workout. Sounds like he's kept slim with his weight down. That can only take more of the pressure off the big man's knee. Once it's strong again, which it sounds like it will be soon, he can then focus on getting to his optimal weight. Great rehab plan by the staff!
