Thanks 40.Our ST have sucked for years,im glad we addressed the problem.Carr was horrrible and im glad he is gone.This guy can return kicks and cover on ST.When the whining settles down people will realize this was a good pick

Exactly.

Though not as sexy as 'offense' and 'defense', how many games has poor special teams cost us over the last bunch of years. ...and the fact that he brings what would seem to be a soild depth to an area of need on defense, whats not to like?

sounds like it was just as suspected... they are hoping he is going to fill the void left by carr as far as versatility... funny tho one of the knocks on branch stated a few times on espn (i know i know it was espn) was he wasnt really "explosive" as a kick returner... but this article makes it sound just the opposite...

looks like they scouted him pretty well before trading up to nab him
