My two biggest concerns - positionally - for this season are DE and OT. So, we'll get this season to guage our talent and production from those spots, possibly with an eye toward solidifying those position in next year's draft. I don't know many reallistic Raider fans that believe we are playoff bound - though you never know, it could happen - so it's reasonable to think that if Kiffin can get enough improvement and stick around, next year could be a good time to address what we haven't this year.
Build upon what we've started, don't blow it up and start all over again.
