I'm glad I got a chance to read what Rhodes had to say. I just reiterates my feelings on davis. He needs to be back in new jersey watching the river flow. Unless you field an entire roster of selfless self motivated unquestioning players this team will not succeed with davis running the show. He has caused a divisive rift that is so deep it cannot be repaired. You think with new players it's going to get better? How do y'all feel that your rookie head coach that wants nothing more then to field a winning team is being treated like a whipping post. Like ALL the unexperienced or has been coaches that have to get their first or last shot at coaching here? How do you think players react to knowing their HC is a puppet? How hard do you think they want to work? Just look at what's been on the field the last umph years. Team? Big party? Little fires. Seperatist groups. Kind of like what was happening in the army in Viet Nam. Morale? What morale. FUBAR

I still feel bad for Dominic. I wish he would have had a chance to play more. I wish him the best of luck and just hope he doesn't end up with another team in the division.
