The so called "fans" here are pathetic. Nothing more, nothing less. True desire and love loyality shows when the going gets rough. And our crowd sucks a lot more than our team does right now.

For the first time in my life I feel ashamed of being a Raider Fan. And this is not, I repeat NOT because of the team. This is because of the ignorant wannabes in the stands. Disgusting.

Best article all year. If your so sick of the Raiders then root for the Pats but dont sit and boo and bitch every week. The jerks that boo at the games bring a bad name to Raider fans. He I am sure everyone yelling Russell really goes in to Kiffin's decisions. Sad day to be a Raider Fan not because they lost because it shows how fair weathered the Raider fans are!!!!!

I noticed that the Raiders seem to play better at away games now I know why, I can't say I blame them. If people truly love the Raiders you would never boo them in your own house it is like booing your child for not scoring during little league. (yeah yeah I know they are grown professionals not children, but if fans profess their love for something I think it is a shame to boo them no matter how bad it may seem). It is going to be the same next year, so people better get that through their heads now, it's going to take a couple of years to fill all the holes.

imo, regardless of the situation, if i pay for something in general, i should be able to have an opinion about it. i have not purchased tickets to a game, but i have memorbilia, so therefore i should be able to criticize after all im partially paying for his salary. if he was in the situation that i was in, im sure he would be critical of the team also.

This is a joke..I guess some of you will put up with **** and continue to sit there and say nothing!?!?! Get real 4 years of **** is enough to last a lifetime! I am done with keeping my mouth shut and putting up with CRAP play!!! Next week its going to be the same CRAP!! Half the D missing tackles..McClown throwing ~3-4 ints..more of the same old stuff!!! And most of you will be here saying 'it will get better'!! I get crap from other teams fans...and I have no comebacks! What..3 rings!?! That is old already!! We need W's NOW!!!!!!!! If you all think L's on our record is good then you obviously dont give a flying CRAP! This team needs to pull their head out quickly!!!

well said.... boo from your own home, or at a bar on an away game, but booing them at home doesnt help their confidence, and why would they want to win for a crowd that boo's them

Question for you and the rest that feel the way you do. If you are that sure we are going to continue to suck then why go to the game? I mean if you're THAT sure then you know the only reason you're going to the game is to boo your own team. Why bother? Do you think your booing is helping the team? Do you think hearing boos from the home crowd will somehow motivate the team to play better? Are you going because you think booing sends a message to Al Davis? I have to tell you the empty seats that your not going would create would send more of a message to Davis.

What players fail to relize is that the Raider fan base is loyal. We are sticking with the team through and through and we need some results. We are making changes but getting same results.
A lot of us will, still be at every game, and they should be thankful that they have someone booing them and not playing in an empty field.

And keeping our mouth shut is going to help!?! Look at the last 4 FRIKING YEARS!!!!!!!!!! We cheer they suck...We Boo they Suck...75% of the Stadium is empty they suck.....50 Million Seagulls and we still suck!!!!!!!!!!! I have defended players from this team ever frinking other min. (except Stu.) But this is it!! WITS END!!! Nothing will ever change this team but the PLAYERS THEM SELF!!!! We as Fans can support our team but as long as I see half ass Play like I have seen I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOW MY DISMAY ABOUT WHAT I SEE!!!

One difference is the penalties. When you watch the patriots and the Colts, you dont see motion penalties, you dont see holding penalties, you dont see illegal shift penalties every other down or at least thats what it seems like. How do you get multiple motion penalties in your own crib? Its just unacceptable. And if you're working so hard between Monday and Saturday how is this possible?
