I say keep him for now then trade him away in the offseason. I'm sure the Packers will be interested

Fargas does run harder though. If we cut Jordan or Rhodes in the middle of the season then the Damn Broncos might get either one

I wonder how long the players are going to buy into kiffens double talk. jordan I'm sure is thrilled. It's how kiffen is handling these issues. With BS. He should have sat jordan down when it was clear his ability had disappeared after the injury. But no. He had to piss 3 games away with a pathetic game plan that jordan was a big part of.
We wont be trading jordan. He is a free agent after this year.
Ideally jordan gets cut and we roll with Fargas,Rhodes and Bush.
The season is only 16 weeks. You have to make these decisions quickly. After one week it was obvious jordan was done. And with what I've heard,he needs back surgery. For the writer to say jordan was a top RB going to the season is a mind blower. I'd like some of what he's smokin,he should be doing stand up comedy.

My thought was that he played well when healthy and gainst lesser defense which should duh obviously happen but in order to be an elite back you need to do it game in game out his injury should have sat him down but he is a warrior and although he didn't play well he suited up and gave it a go was that the right move onviously not and kiffin shouldve realized that but am i going to miss lamont sorry nope.

I don't get the obsession with us cutting people. Does it do the team any good to cut anyone at this point unless they are a locker room cancer or something? BMW getting cut was one thing because it was a statement to the team that slackers wouldn't be tolerated but Jordan has contributed this season.

Dude are you privy to info we are not? To say that Kiffin is double talking is calling the man a liar. Do you now how healthy (short or long) term Jordan is? Did you ever consider that he was giving Jordan every opportunity to show him that he still was healthy enough or deserved to be the starter or even on the team, taking a slot away from a player like Bush, who has worked his a$$ off to get on the field since he was drafted by us?

Lastly, its no longer a game - its business - so Jordan's feelings get hurt - he still is a paid professional and employee. Guess what - Life is not fair. People get fired every day for not being able to preform their job.

In other words Life is a biatch

Wow I can't wait till we cut Lamont and then see the Bucs or Broncos pick him up and he runs wild with them that will make me very happy and it will not bother me at all.

Excellent post.

Everybody's worried that jordan will be picked up by den or someone else. Who cares if he is?? The man is not the same RB. Are we ALL talking about the same RB?? Jordan this year has looked soft. YES, he has had some good yardage, but if you've watched him run, and couldnt tell that his back has limited him, than I dont know what everyone has been watching. The guy doesnt plow anybody down, the guy slides down as if he's playing baseball. The guy is soft, and to give him the benefit of the doubt it is because of his horrible back. It came out this season that his back has been injured for a long time. Now, if he goes to another team he'll either do the RB by committee thing, or he'll ask for a heavy contract. I think he has to hope for the RB by committee. We're better off without him.
I think it's dumb people questioning the coach. Yeah, I mean the guy that was hired to work around, be around, and evaluate the team every single day. That has the opportunity to see the things that even the most die-hard fans cannot see. And people think it's logical to question THAT guy. LOL!!!!!!

I agree with Kiffin. I think that money can be spent better elsewhere, I think Fargas has shown enough to prove he's come full circle and can carry the load for the time being. I think Rhodes needs to be used more as a WR, and slot back, and Michael Bush needs to start being groomed.
