Thanks raiderran! He will flourish in Oaktown, I'm sure. Everything rots in Detroit.

The thought of Williams and CJ together in a goalline package would give D coordinators freaking nightmares!

I agree, wait until he is cut. Maybe he would come into the Raiders camp with a new attitude and be ready to play.

If we give up a six we should get a seven for him.

Subtract his bonus from his base, it's what we pay for him, so that's our evaluation demand.

From their side, subtract his base and roster bonus from his bonus owed and you get similar numbers.

We're saving them at least a seventh rounder in value for someone who is a no show. A trade would be a steal for us, he could reneg after a season and still be ahead of market value, provided he is retained at the base value, not the roster bonus value.

At worst we'd add a ten percent rate to his base and forego the remainder of his roster bonus to make a real time raise on agreement framework. He'll ask for 15% of that number so the agent can claim his cut in the raise portion.

That would be a third of his raise, the going rate for most big agents.

He would be a good sign. He is still young only 23 years old and he has worked with Lane Kiffin before.

I would much rather see Williams on the team that Alvis Whitted or Carlos Francis.

I was high on this coming out of college but was very disapointed in him at Detroit. I think Kiff can spark this kid back to his playing potential...I say bring him in...

Oh that would be sick.

This will go one of two ways... Mike Williams will be come a Raider. Moss would get traded on draft day. We'd have Porter and Williams as our number 1 and 2. Then our number 1 pick will for sure become JaMarcus Russell. And with the number of picks we'd get from the Moss trade we can draft more players and add depth.

If Williams does not become a Raider.. we'd still have Porter and Moss as worst case scenario. We can draft Calvin Johnson and still trade Moss if we like. And still get more players from the draft.

Either way, we'd win.
