Rumblings from Denver...
I'm listening to 950 the Fan this morning (Denver sports talk), and they're talking about what a huge mistake the Donks are making dangling Al Wilson out there as trade bait.

They're even talking about releasing him if the trade with the Giants falls through. Wilson was quoted as saying that he'd love to get picked up by an AFC West team if he's released....


...Shades of Romanowski, anyone?

True, his pass coverage has gotten really bad...but revenge is quite the motivator. I could see a blitzing Wilson laying Cutler out on the turf at the Coliseum..man, that would be beautiful.

I'd love to have him motivated against Denver, but only if he could be converted to outside somehow. IMO that would solidify our LB corps just fine.

even tho he has fallen off a bit, he is still a damn good LB. But, I don't think he would be in our need column.
