How so? The Broncos were a running team (still are) and their offence was completely based off of the ground game. At that point Elway was a plug and play QB like Plummer was the last few seasons. The Rams were pretty much based off of Faulk and the mismatches he created. When Faulk went on the decline so did the Greatest Show on Turf. Both of those guys were the key to their teams Superbowl runs.
