He will only improve and he will make some plays. There really isnt much out there as far as FA DT. Before we go drafting a DB we need to look at the DL. The DB's were fine and Stu isnt terrible he will be ok for us for 1 more year and more even improve more. It seems that some people believe we went 2-14 because of Stu.

so mocks are not worth much I never seen one that was close at least in the later rounds.
NOBODY could of predicted the Bills 1st last year. like you I would take Landry over Stu anyday but he is expected to go in the mid 1st. I seen some mocks where he is goes in front of Lynch and you think he is going to fall to the 33 spot. thats the only place where we would have a shot at him with out giving anything. and if he did you would take him to replace an avrage S and neglect a position where YOU HAVE PROBLEMS!!!! lets say to replace somebody like Walker at RT? we are in a situation like the Lions, I'm sure their fans will be pissed if they draft CJ or any WR in the 1st and ignore their problems, its the same for us and I'm happy with all our DBs drafted in 1st. the idea of Lynch or Landry are falling to the 2nd is next to imposible and both falling to the 2nd is laughable. both players are top 15 prospects. Landry could be the #1 (defenatly top 2) safety coming out. Lynch is 2nd RB coming out and is not that far behind AP. so the only sure way to get either one is by moving from the 33 to the top 20. and the only way to do that is by giving up our 3rd. |

No offense, but that mock was ridiculous. It's ok though, its early on in the process, you'll learn a little more about the guys, and where their projected to go, as we get closer to the big day. LaRon Landry will be a top 15 pick without question, possibly 10th overall depending on who the Falcons like better, him or Reggie Nelson (IMO), and Lynch is a top 20 guy, easy, possibly higher depending on his workout, because he is certainly the 2nd best RB in this draft. Zack Miller might be the best TE in a very weak class, but he'll still go no later than mid 2nd round, probably late 1st.
As to Huff, I think he played very well for a rookie. Safety is one of the hardest positions for a rook to come in and excel at in his 1st year, even when he was drafted most experts stressed that, saying he would probably start out as a corner, then move inside to safety because of the difficulty in learning the position. Corner is a much easier position to learn. It's very easy fior a young S to get lost in the open field. mDojnt worry about Huff, hes got all the physical tools, and I expect him to make a quantum leap this year, I really do. With a year under his belt he will be ready to raise his game. Ed |

You want to see how great Huff played for us last year go watch the game film, then watch film of Marquez Pope or Derrick Gibson back there and see how GREAT Huff played for us. He will be fine back there.

Landry will never last to the second. He's a top ten pick. He is light years better then Huff. Landry will win ROY and show the rest of the NFL how safties play, and show everyone it doesn't matter that he's a rookie.
