Other players might be just as skeptical, but Moss has shown that he has a hard time with the "team" concept, moreso than anyone else on the Raiders. I see him as poison for a new coaching staff, especially given what he's displayed over the past year.
I am very excited about our new coach, but I worry that Moss could potentially ruin this chance to make a long term turnaround with a bad attitude, or, just as bad, indifference. He could still command a decent trade, and the less time he has around Kiffen and the team in general, the better.

I think the nation is being too quick to dog Moss, hear me out. Remember '05? Moss was hurt all year but he went out there all 16 games, knowing we were out of it and knowing he was basically a decoy. He could have shut it down but he didn't, he was the consummate teammate. How is he repaid? By sticking with the coach? By bringing in a great offensive system? No, by bringing in two guys who had been out of football since before Moss was in the league. I am not saying that he handled it great, but if something analogous to this happened at your work you would be upset too. I think Moss and Porter will buy into the new system because they will believe it can work.
