he spent the last 6 years helping guide and build the most successful offense in football over that time.

Two things about their O we should like:
1. Brady usually has all day to pass.
2. They seem to succeed no matter who is playing receiver.

If McDaniel's is OC at ne, I doubt that Oakland could still him away for the same coaching position. Unless there is something I'm missing, that is a very difficult thing to do. McDaniel's HC, Sark-OC, if AL DAVIS hires McDaniels.

McDaniels won't come here. He won't be allowed to choose his own staff. So we'll probably end up with Sarkisian, who'll just be happy to have an NFL head coaching position. We could have landed Martz had he been allowed the control a modern NFL coach needs to succeed.

I don't know why Al just doesn't coach the damn team. No other team in the league hires their HC's staff for him and hasn't for decades.
