I understand we need to interview at least one minority canidate. But what counts as a minority? Sarkisian is a minority, being of Armenian decent, but we still have to interview a minority coach. Are there any official guidelines for this?

Hey Jimi I signed up for premium a few days back, and my payment went through paypal at midnight last night but I am still not able to access the premium news. Am I doing something wrong?

Caveman are way under represented in the NFL! They need to add a rule that every team must interview a caveman before they hire a coach! Hell if Matt Millen can be a GM even a caveman can do it...

I also think we should use Arts exit interview as our interview... kill two birds with one stone, and less insulting to the rest.
