A Winning Coach
All i ask for as a fan is a winning coach. I prefer a new young, energetic, fiery guy. someone with some new ideas, that can give this offense some zip. But if we did go RE-TREAD how about Dan Reeves all he does is win games. kind of like another marty, but he wins in the playoffs.

I really doubt we could get Chow. However, Sarkisian is like a mini-chow so it wouldn't be that bad without him.

No clue. I haven't heard his name mentioned in regards to interviewing with the Raiders although as the openings start filling up maybe he will. I hope so. It would be a killer combo.

It would be a great combo. The only thing that concerns me is Sarkisian having his heart set on being our HC. What would he say if Al wanted him to start as OC under Chow?

I just hope Rob Ryan doesn't get jealous/pissed off and leaves. I want him as my head coach with Sarks as OC or some genius, who understands modern football and knows their personnel.
