I sit back and I look at this team and the coaching situation. As a possible head coach why would you not be chomping at the bit to take this team over? Imagine what you could do with it? I mean come in settle down Moss and Porter, get the offense on track and almost be a contender again within a year or two, heck maybe even get Gallery to be good. That would almost write your ticket to any job down the line. There is so much talent on this team and youth that I think any coach looking for a job would be crazy not to take. Being a saviour for a franchise like the Raiders means big things in life.....Amazing....

Yup. Having what we have on defense makes it almost easy ... nothing to worry about over there. Plus, the punt game is as good as any, and the kicking game can also be. All a new HC really has to do is get something going that puts up points. Everyone speaks of Moss, Porter, the vertical offense, and the oline.
Those are all OK to consider, but what is paramount is getting a solid run game - and if we do that then the rest I think falls in line.

Who's the next coach? Good question.
Who's our starting RB/ FB? Better question IMO.
