Gallery gained 80lbs of muscle in 2 years in college. That is fishy. Testing for steroids in the NFL is much stricter than it was at Iowa 3 years ago.

He appears to have too short of arms and legs to play the position. He looks to have the proportions of a giant dwarf.

You don't quit on a guy that big. Or a guy ya shove all that money into. It might take him 3 more years. If he is an earth mover at that point, it will all work out.

Robert Gallery is an alien humanoid, much like the robotic figure FOX uses on its bumper promos at commercial breaks during televised games. Except that CGI created robot likely would be able to prevent slower, smaller defensive players from getting passed him a nano second after the snap, when he's not holding, or missing the count and jumping early.
But, damn, doesn't he look like a Raider! All tatted up and still can't get into the prom. And because it's a lock he'll be back for Mr. Davis next year unless he's arrested for multiple felonies (which he won't) then I'd expect his coif to be long enough for a decent dreadlock look, as Jeremy Shockey has the lock on the greasy when sweaty Braveheart look, especially when he keeps going after his helmet flies off.
How I wish George Buehler would visit Mr. Gallery's dreams and give him a clear picture of what a true S/B O lineman looks like and does while on the job.

Problem is he doesn't bend his knees enough, he doesn't engage into defenders, he is soft and lacks the strength to take on bulldozers backers.

His technique is just sloppy. He got by at IOWA based on his physical tools and because he played on a pure run blocking team, yet he isn't that adverse. Our lack of quality line coaches hasn't helped him one bit, but his technique and lack of strength in his upperbody worries me. Merriman abused him as did other LB on blitz situations.

I know a lot of you will disagree with me but, Gallery has had a rough first 3 years.

Do you know who also had a rough first 3 years??? Lincoln Kennedy

Gallery has had a very unstable situation so far in his career. I think he can turn it around.
