Quinn or bust for me

I made a pledge to my friends in the middle of the season that I would impose a self-ban of all things Raiders for one season if 2 things did not happen.

1. Tom Walsh had to go.
Check

2. If we had the chance to draft Quinn, we have to take him.
We'll see

So, if the Raiders use the No. 1 pick on anyone other than Quinn, I will not watch a single Raiders game or log onto this or any other Raider-related site from Draft day until the opening weekend of the 2008 season.

There are a lot of threads debating the No. 1 pick. Is the above a strong enough statement as to how I vote?

Are u serious?? You feel so strongly about Quinn that you will not watch Raider football if he is not a Raider. Man i don't know about you but you seem to be a bigger Quinn fan than a Raider fan.

Dude! Given our history of draft picks, you kinda laid it WAY out there, huh? It absolutely would not surprise me if we traded away the #1 pick for a bunch of later picks...

Hope it works out for you.

Quinn is the most over rated QB in the draft. I swear the line of scrimmage is his favorite receiver, especially under pressure.

Dead serious. I'm tired of being the laughing stock of the NFL. To me, Quinn is the clear choice. For once, I want us to make the right decision, and I'm going to wager one year of my fandom on it.

Didn't mean, by the way, to come off as more Quinn than Raiders. It's more about making the right choice for a change.

I'm so utterly disgusted with how things have gone the past few years, I'm just sick about. I deserve better. We all do.

With all the crap being out their in the media I wouldnt be surprised if Quinn pulled the whole "Eli Manning" crap, and tried to go to Detroit and stay in the midwest with most of his family.

Did Leaf stop the Chargers from being the laughing stock? Nope LT did...

How about Dallas, did Aikman turn them around? Nope Emmitt did...

We are all fed up with the losing, trust me these last 4 seasons have been brutal.

No Russell is the most overrated QB right now. He beat a poor defense and all of a sudden he is the greatest QB around.
