New OC?????
Art Shell should stay and we need to hire a bad ass coach as OC... we got a good defense, and Shell is a good coach... We need to get rid of Moss, Porter, and anyone else who's a cancer... Like Mike Nolan did and look where it took them... Im hoping Al Davis keeps Shell and allows him to trade or release these players, trade perferablly. Anyone know who? Jim Fassel? If Saben goes, does the whole staff over there get rehauled? If so Murlarky? Whisenhunt or Grimm from the Steelers? How about Leach from Texas Tech? Or a Lane Kiffen from USC? Mike Sherman from the Texans? Anyone have any ideas if Art Shell remains HC, Rob Ryan as DC, who will be OC?

Shell is not a good coach, so why is this issue even being debated?

How can you say Shell is a good coach.....He has failed in every aspect of coaching. Bad Hiring of Staff, Bad Player management, No passion and he has lost mostof the Fans base backing.....

im just saying in reality if we hired a new coach this franhise will be where it was last year. give him another years see what happens, lets not put all the blame on him.

No one is debating his right to his opinion, but opinion aside, If someone wants to say Shell is a good coach, many will express their opinion that Shell isn't...and we that disagree have been proven correct.

I would suggest Carl Smith, he was at USC for a period of time.

Who else is responsible for losing this team? Al Davis? Amy Trask? Mike Lombardi??? who made poor decisions on game days? who created this fracture among the team? who played lesser players? who retained the OC for 11 weeks? it never ends... and I would be willing to wager that a real HC, with a real staff on offense would win 4 times the number of games Shell did...

Hate to say this but if he is not let go, our defensive players are going to be asking for trades, free agents will not want to come here, our number one pick will pull a Eli Manning there is no choice but to let Art Shell go it is whats best for the Raider organization.

And if his opinion is Shell is so good at least give some concrete reasoning behind it... Shell doesn't deserve to be head coach anymore than you or I do Attyla... and anyone who knows football, or watched games this year can see that. This isn't something we've all just dreamed up, this is common among sports people across the country... not just a few fans!
