Must have thought that after we gave knapp a second chance he can have one too. He'll have to get down too 200lb and save a couple of drowning kids before a team even will look at his dumb ass.
*cough cough cough cough*
Sh1t my throat hurts, if only someone hade some cough syrup for me

Debt equates to making a comeback. He should start off and lose the weight then join a foreign league then come back with accolades then someone in the NFL might bite..........................![]()
I read an article about this this morning where Russell was interviewed and talked about how it pisses him off when people say hes a bust and not serious about football. Then he said something to the toon of "Im serious about it this time". Then of course the article talkes about how his weight is 'down to 308".
I alos loved the part how "footballs my job and it feels wierd to not be in training camp"
It only took him 3 years to miss training camp?
There is some good comedy in what Russell says.

"I make a motion that anyone who suggests that the Raiders even take a look at Jabustus be immediately and permanently banned from RF.net."
Is there a second to the motion?
this is good stuff..
JaMarcus Russell preps for NFL comeback at 308 lbs. - NFL.com
JaMarcus Russell, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, is training for an NFL comeback.
We'll wait until you stop laughing ...
The former Oakland Raiders quarterback, who hasn't taken a single NFL snap since 2009, told Yahoo! Sports he has dropped from 320 to 308 pounds and is ready to bury past criticisms.
HAHAHA now if they sue Tim Brown for Defam. They better get NFL.com! hahaha
I hope Jamarcus turns it around and finds his way. Everyone falls in life...it takes resilience to get back up. He's got a good team of professionals behind him, so it's up to him to do what it takes to learn from his mistakes, be a man and go after it.
I read this and laughed my ass off. He is down to 308 - that is a bigging friggin accomplishment. What an idiot, he will always be an idiot. He pissed away (actually twinkied away) his career with a complete lack of focus and effort. NFL is a privilege and he doesn't deserve it.
One of the true legends of the game. It was an absolute pleasure to play for the man. The only thing is, I wish I could have won more for him. He embodies everything that the NFL is. He's unmistakable. Recognize greatness when you see it, because it won't be around too much longer. I love Al. - Warren Sapp 4.9.09
Jamarcus Russell was so bad that no Raiders player will ever be allowed to wear the number 2
Everyone loves clowning JaMarcus Russell.
