Sounds good to me.

#Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie just told us on @SiriusXMNFL that Terrelle Pryor will have chance to compete for starting job in 2013
Sounds good to me.
This is great because even if he doesn't beat out Palmer it will cause Palmer to have to step up his game and play better for fear of loss of his job.
Palmer can still play, if reggie and allen wanna go with pryor then we need to eat some of palmer's contract and look to trade him.. No reason why the highest payed player on the team should be on the bench
Ride with Pryor. If he is successful we have our QB of the future, if not we have a high pick for '14. Win/win situation.
We took Palmer practically outa retirement and he averaged 3 picks his first few games last year.We need a new QB
so let me get this straight...
Dennis Allen would not play Pryor at the end of the season, even as a backup or in packages because "he wasnt ready"
Palmer gets hurt and Pryor starts the final game, despite not even getting all the QB reps in practice that week, and goes out and leads the Raiders to their most productive offensive showing in months, scoring more TDs in 1 game than the Raiders had scored combined in their previous 3 or 4 games
after the game, Allen said Pryor was better than expected, but Palmer is clearly the #1 QB and Pryor would have a chance to compete for the #2 job next year
now Reggie McKenzie says Pryor will have a chance to compete for the starting job next season...
2 observations
1 - Dennis Allen is a complete idiot for not starting Pryor the final 3 or 4 games so we would have a much better idea of what kind of QB he can be
2 - Clearly Allen/McKenzie arent completely on the same page
Instresting.
I have to say that I'm very impressed. Not one person has said that Reggie McKenzie "isn't a reliable source". We're improving as a forum!
Don't jinx it
