Most won't like this... But Norv is a great OC and play caller, I'd take him in a second!

While I wouldn't mind Turner as OC, let's wait for a credible source first.

Problem is that the Jets will be looking for an OC as well and he is reportedly high on their list. I think Norv is a great OC and the only chance he comes back to Oakland is if he simply wants to stay in California.

Thanks for the info... I too will wait until the Raiders announce it before getting too excited one way or the other... but wouldn't mind at all having Norv back in S&B.

Surely more competent than Knapp, years of experience good and bad, and has history with our coaching staff, personally I don't like him, but I can see him fit in if Allen and Tarver stay.

me and mile were talking about how he might want payback against the chargers brass...could it possibly be enough to sway him??also the prospect of working with sanchez and tebow at QB cant be that appealing to him

If the other options are Gailey and the like, I'd open Norvell back with open arms.

dont know all the hate on Gailey, his offenses in Miami were not terrible despite Jay Fieldler at QB, Pittsburgh had some of their best offensive years under him in the nineties and the bills did have a very good run game the past two years.

I rather have Norv, also, look at it this way Norv is neighbors with Carson in SD. Therefore, if Norv is here it almost surely means Palmer is back.
