If Allen does in fact get fired after the season than the last thing we need is another first year coach, either give allen more time or if Mckenzie and Davis decide he is not the right guy better have a proven head coach willing to come here and better be willing to let him stay at least 3 years like a Jon Gruden or a Bill Cowher or maybe even Andy Reid at some point the coaching carousel has to stop
