Saunders, if he didn't want to be an OC, why would he interview in KC for an OC job? He knows how to use our players and needs to be our OC again.

Lets see who gets fired around the league, head coaches, staff etc. Then we can redo this poll. Black Monday is only a few days away.

if he wanted to really be an OC then he could've gone to any of the other spots opened for these positions to in the pro's or college and got paid a lot of money to . yet he didn't so my guess is that he was more than likely wanted to try and maybe rectify the offense how he left there the last time is all .

I don't think people are infatuated by him. It's more a case of him being a realistic and likely candidate (WCO-abs- knows Reggie-might be free Monday). And he's not a bad OC. Terrible HC though!

Especially if he brings his buddy Russ Grimm in as o-line coach.

If not Al Saunders, I'd love to see Marc Trestman. Trestman was our OC the year we made the superbowl and his philosophies are similar to a WCO with vertical principles.

Trestman's won multiple Grey Cups up north. He ain't coming back down here for anything less than a head coaching position.

I want someone who will NOT LEAVE IN 2 years for a HC position! Guys like Marty Morn and Cam Cameron are good OC's who do not get much attention as HC prospects. While Reid has not won a superbowl in Phily, he has only had 3 losing seasons out of 14 years. 6 division titles, And a 526% winning record in the playoffs. I attribute that to his coaching staff that was hardly ever moved around. His biggest mistake was giving Castillo the go ahead at DC when he was a damn good OL coach!

I like Allen, but I wish he would ditch the WCO and get someone with more of the spread, pistol, shotgun formations. Its the future of the game.

Stanford OC, bring back the power running game and wear opposing defenses down and control T.O.P and let our young defense rest.

Why not Al Saunders? Should have been the OC anyways.
