Marcel Reece
I just sat down and thought about this, and for the first time of being a Raider fan (since 1988), I really can't think of anybody.
And to tell you the truth, I kinda sorta openly despise each and every member of the team. Some to a lesser degree. Others I may be completely indifferent to, mostly the young players who I know are playing hard still.
But I'm struggling to find a favorite.
What spurred this one is I thought about how I almost got a DMC jersey. Now I can't STAND DMC. At all.
The other jersey I have, Michael Huff. Nuff said right?
I can't think of a player I would want a jersey for on this squad.
Marcel Reece
I got a really good deal on a Palmer jersy for myself and a DHB jersy for my 13 year old son but if they were not so cheap(like $29) and relatively good quality, I wouldn't have even considered it. Also, I feel the same, I have no favorite players on the Raiders this year, I was thinking the same thing when I decided to get some Raider jerseys this year. It really sucks when you can't think of one stand out or elite player on the team, who's jersy you would be proud to sport around.
Rookie Miles Burris...
Pain heals, chicks dig scars, glory lasts forever...

Matt Giordano is a beast, LMAO!
seriously though, I like that rookie kid Miles Burris.

Lamarr Houston
That's a good one. Houston gets after it and plays with a mean streak.
Burris, Wheeler and Reece are bright spots. As is Myers.
I'm still holding out hope that McFadden can return to form with with Knapp (hopefully) out of the picture and a good off season workout to get his strength back. I think he is still our most dangerous weapon despite the results this season.
DMac is still my favorite player. Until Reggie trades him that is.
I really appreciate what Palmer has done this year for the most part, but the costly Int's at the worst possible times, have really soured me on him. But in all honesty, as bad as it sounds, he's been the difference in our few wins.
1. Seabass
2. Marcel Reece
3. Carson Palmer
Honorable mentions: (for heart and/or general decent consistency)
Phillip Wheeler
Miles Burris
Brandon Myers
Lamarr Houston
I gotta say Burris is a beast. Plus, he went to my high school so I have to give him some hometown support.
Gotta go with Carson Palmer. He is going above and beyond, in my opinion. And I have to disagree with you about this team. A lot of average to below average players, but not many of them are low-character, me-first type of guys. There are, of course, exceptions.
R.I.P. Stacey Toran, Marquise Cooper
Palmer
Seabass
Burris
next season
