Well - it appears that the writing on the wall across the bay is that there might be a QB that will need to find employment. How about commuting across the bay and play for a team that will truly appreciate you.
Thoughts?
Are you serious?!
"Be on time, pay attention, and play like Hell when I tell you to" - John Madden's three and only rules.
Mahalo Blackhole John
Has it come to this already?!![]()
No, Hell No and F-No.....
Now if the QB was Colin Kaepernick......
“We had an argument that was ongoing for about 50 years, about how to build a club. Where do you start? His thing was you start with the corners. My thing was to start with the offensive line.” John Madden
(Louisiana Fats) "He is the epitome of a Disgrace" Stephen A. Smith
In the Kingdom of the Blind. The One Eyed Man is King.......
Get out.
Alex Smith? Hell to the no!! I'll take Carson over him any day! Smith had 1 good season last year other wise he hasn't been starting material or shown any leadership.
How about NO!!!
"The Media hated Davis because he kept his mouth shut when it counted and didn't bend over to their tactics. Most NFL owners hated Davis because he was a 'them', having worked his way up, and also because he had no problem hiring minorities when no one else would. You can only have so many people saying bad things about you before the sheep believe it...And now, the sheep don't even know why they hate the Raiders, it's just always been that way..." - Sir Pig
If he is behind one of the top 2 or 3 offensive lines in football, and has all day to pick a target, Alex Smith can complete short passes reasonably well. If he does not play behind an awesome offensive line, Alex Smith is a horrible quarterback, one of the worst in the NFL.
The Raiders already have one teams trash (CarSon PalmHer), we don't need another one, even though Alex Smith is light years better than CarSon, and still Alex is average. Tells you all you need to know about PalmHer.
Oh Jason Campbell 2.0?
