Don't see us getting a 2nd for him. Third round pick is more practical for a guy who is always getting hurt.
Do you think any team would do that with his injury history? If any team, who would take that chance? I was way against trading my favorite player but he has really regressed and can't stay healthy. It's sad but true.. I'm sorry if this has been brought up already, just was thinking about it and all. Your thoughts nation?

Thanks to Blackhole John for the sig!!
If Big Reg can swing a 2nd rounder out of him that would be great but I don't see it. I would say either a 3rd rounder or 3rd and 5th rounder. McFadden can rip off some good runs but he is always hurt. That will bring his stock down quite a bit.

What team wants to trade for a injury prone rb ?
i'd say realistically a 4th, hopefully a 3rd.
be lucky to get a 4th.. maybe a 4th and 6th?

Maybe a 2nd in the 2014 draft but not this year. I don't think anyone will want to trade for him without making it a conditional pick. Something like a conditional 4th round pick may go up to a 2nd rounder in 2014.
What is his worth maybe a 5th round he is always injured If we stay with the ZBS I say trade him if not I would go with the restructuring his contract and see what he can do.
Thanks everyone for your predictions. It would be cool to get a 2nd but pretty unlikely.
Get rid of Knapp and keep McFadden next year. Won't get anything of value back for him......

You won't get higher than a 3rd for him, most likely a 4th and 6th package. Get rid of Knapp, change to PBS, give him one last chance.
Yep a 3rd for him. I expect him to be traded next season. It sucks because when healthy and in the right scheme he can be a beast.
For anyone that says they want to trade McFadden for less than an early second round pick, I put this to you. Say we were to get a third round pick in exchange for him.
Who would you prefer to have on your team; RB Darren McFadden or OG Tony Bergstrom, RB Darren McFadden or CB DeMarcus Van Dyke, RB Darren McFadden or OT Joe Barksdale. I know which one I'd prefer to have on my team.
People get sucked in by the whole trading players for draft picks stuff. McFadden was our only offensive weapon in 2010, and he was the best RB in the league in the first six games for 2011. Since we've had Knapp, the type of runs he has been faced with have both increased his risk of injury (constant pounding into the pack) and turned him into a workhorse back instead of the dynamic explosive back which he is.
