With Palmer he would have his veteran QBS...
^^^^True!
With Palmer he would have his veteran QBS...
The better question is ‘what are the reasons I wouldn’t take this job.’ I mean, I’ll be here…yall won’t eat dinner tonight with all the reasons I have to take this job. Guys, this is where I came from. I’m back home now. I’m back home. - Reggie McKenzie
Nobody knows these college QBs as well as Gruden. He could easily say which one he'd want us to draft and he'd make him a star. Oh and players love Gruden, so free agents might actually want to come play here. I remember back in the early 2000s everyone wanted to be a Raider and that's why Jerry Rice came here, Romo, Rod Woodson, etc.
This makes me excited. Gruden would be an instant hall of famer if he cameback and brought this franchise back to greatness after what we've been through this last decade.
I haven't had feelngs like this since since I started to enter manhood. We want you John!!! Give the barren Raiders nation hope. Bring Gannon in as an offensive specialist.
I'm sorry but this just ain't happening. I'm not saying I don't want it to happen it's just that good thing rarely ever happen to these Raiders. Don't get your hopes up too much.
please come back Gruden!!!!!
Gruden U belong in oaktown!!
Oh Jesus please! ANYONE but the coaches we have now. Even if we were still losing it's all we could hope for... To see that pissed off Chucky face on the sidelines, knowing that passive sh^t ain't going to fly and they're going to pay for that come Tuesday . Come back Jon !!
This reminds me of my Lakers situation :/ we thought Phil was returning..only to hire D'antoni o_0 pisses me off.
I believe Greg Papa. (that is two, not three, P's btw).
I don't believe Al called Gruden, but I do know Al knew how to work the media in a clumsy way. Herrera was too obvious, but run it through Papa, and it smells better.
Papa has a place in heaven because he did not pass it along until now..............important point.
