who would want to see him back with the silver and black as an OC not a HC? He has always been a good coordinator, loves to run the football and throw it deep just like the way raider football is meant to be and has great relationship with Palmer (he is Palmer's neighbor).

I wouldn't mind seeing him here as an OC, he's an upgrade from Knapp that's for sure.

I wouldn't have a problem with it, but I think Norv will probably retire after San Diego. I also can't see how or why he would EVER want to be in Oakland again. I'd probably rather see Hue come back, but he probably doesn't want to either. Definitely not under the regime that fired him.

I honestly think the Raiders are going to stick with these coaches for years just because they need to prove they aren't swapping coaches every year. That's the only way a respectable/proven HC candidate is ever going to consider Oakland. I'd assume the shadow of Al is still scary to people.

I think Norv would be an upgrade over Knapp and I'd welcome him. Wish we could pull Trestman out of Canada, although he might of been away from the NFL too long (still probably an upgrade over Knapp!!!)

As an OC he is one of the best and helped the Dallas Cowboys win multiple superbowls. Yes I want him.
