Definitely upgrades their offense.

Hue to possibly get another shot in the bay? I think this would be a good look for Cal... Tedford was good for our program but his time came and went.
I can see Hue having success at the college level, he'll have a ton of control and college players usually love that "rah rah" attitude

John Madden:They've got a ways to go. He was playing the game without a full deck. To be honest, they don’t have enough players. The cupboard was pretty bare. It would have been tough to do much more than what they did. If he’s going to do well, they gotta get a lot more … some teams need a quarterback or a running back, or a pass rusher … . The Raiders need a whole barrel of guys!
Before you challenge the Raider Fans to sell out the Colisseum or say the locals don't support the team Please Read Raider187's extremely informative post: http://www.raiderfans.net/forum/oakl...ance-woes.html
Hue, Gruden, Cable.......those names are like late night adult programming to us here at Raiderfans.net. We get all hot and bothered with the thought of them, and the old days, and thinking of the "what if's...." when the current spouse gets all weathered and old and ugly.
Hue is going to throw the whole university under the bus
He's going to drink that Irish coffee and build a bully at that school. I'm telling you, they won't blink.
At least he knows where to get his toenails done![]()
Hue would have his own talk show during the week.
His BS recruiting players would be something else.
I think he would be good at recruiting he has that bullsh*itter personality, but a better coach than Lane Kiffin. He could be good, but college football is all about recruiting. It's hard to say.
If nobody laughs at a lame joke, just try again a few posts down, nobody will notice.
I personally think he would be better off coaching college players than guys in the NFL. College coaches have far more control, with stuff like recruiting. He is also a great mouth so to speak and he is probably persuasive and charismatic enough to entice some good prospects to play for him. His offense at times can get quite gimmicky with all of the reverses etc which will fit in well in the NCAA.
Care factor though is 0. Dude isn't a coach for the Raiders no more.

Darnell Dockett speaking about Darren McFadden, the BEST running back in the NFLI have great respect for that man. That (expletive) runs hard, I mean harder than anybody I've ever seen
