Gonna be some good carnage in this one.

We should have never have traded those guys. What were we thinking?
Campbell 14-22, 107 yards, 1 TD, 2 INTs.
Bush 5 rushes for 9 yards. 1 reception for 18 yards.
For the record, I love both of those guys and what they did for us while they were here. I just think it's silly that some here keep hanging on to the memories of them like they were the second coming of Kenny Stabler and Marcus Allen.
and then you had Josh McCown warming up when Campbell looked hurt.
That Cutler guy must be pretty good.
That is the same Cutler we could have drafted, instead taking Michael Huff. We didn't need a QB because we had Brooks and Walter at the time.

I didn't watch the game but the highlights show the importance of dominating at the line of scrimmage. Campbell was forced into nervous/checkdown/bad decision mode.
Hopefully our upcoming drafts will be about building strong lines on both O & D. Skill positions are fine for now. We definitely upgraded QB with Palmer. Bush has good skills but Reese is probably an overall upgrade, now that he's sort of proven himself as RB/FB and our receivers are decent and should get better.
Hah... Love it. Nothing personal, but I was happy to see Campbell go for the reasons we saw last night. Check-down king.

Look at all the money we are wasting this year.
I did like Bush and think he could be of some help with all the injuries we have had at RB. However, I wonder how much of his success last year was because of the scheme we had. He might have been just as bad as Mcfadden has been running behind that ZBS.
Also why is Taiwan Jones listed and #3 on the depth chart and he doesn't play? If he fumbles a lot and they don't want to play him why have him on the team and active every week?
You know Clappy had his popcorn ready last night.

Goodson and Reece are doing a good job but its tool late for this year. If they keep it up do you start Mcfadden when he is back? Also what about next year? Do you keep an injury prone RB?
I was hoping to see Campbell have a good game last night. But no one would have succeeded against the 9'ers D behind the Bears 0-line last night. That wasn't a football game, that was a feeding frenzy. The SF defensive players were in the backfield by the time Campbell finished his third step of a 3 step drop.
And why in the hell would Raider fans harbor resentment against Jason Campbell? The guy did well for us. Look at the record. And if the guy hadn't of gotten injured we probably go 10-6 and win the divison. Sh!t on that all you want but it's better than 8-8 and certainly better than whatever steaming pile of turds this team's record is going to turn out to be.
