    Inspirational speeches don't work.
What does work is a head coach who is smarter than the opposing coach in the way he has taught his team blocking and tackling technique, conducted efficient practice sessions, composed wise game strategy, and shrewd game time adjustments. Dennis Allen has shown none of that, and his players know it.

And what is your proof to all this? Do you have access to Raiders practices or the locker room at half-time? If so hook me up with passes man!

What do you want the guy to do in a post game conference after a game like that flip out start screaming throw the mic, he was obviously pissed. The whole situation this season sucks its not all on Allen this team was financially destroyed and the only way to fix it was to start cutting overpaid bums and bite the bullet this year, at this point only thing I hold against Allen is hiring knapp but he will be gone anway. Giving up almost 100 points in two games people should be calling for Tarvers head

maybe we will see over time..it could end up proving that most of our players are pussys and hes only coaching them because he has to not because he WANTS to...you seem pretty sure though im guessing you have a nanny cam in the locker room..

What kind of locker room coach is ALLEN

I may be going out on a limb here, but I'd guess he's not very good at that part of being a coach either.

Not to judge a book by its cover but you just don't see that kind of passion or fire in his eyes.

He is a technician, probably better suited as a DC or an OC.

But I will still hold out hope he can grow into the job.

    Saints coach

"There’s not a more qualified guy to be coaching a team than Dennis Allen right now," Vitt told Bay Area reporters on a conference call this week. "I say that because Dennis Allen was here with us in 2006. Dennis Allen is smart. Dennis Allen has great people skills. Dennis Allen knows how to teach, motivate, and inspire. Dennis Allen is not going to go off the cuff or off the reservation by saying or doing dumb things.

"He’s going to have his football team focused, and he’s going to have them get better."
