I just thank God it's not Jerry Jones, I love how Dennis Allen has had more face time than Reggie Mac. Reggie Mac's time to shine is in the offseason. D.A. speaks for our team now, and is the face of our franchise right now; and all roads lead to him right now. And that's how it should be.

Just a bunch of faces that should be on a wanted poster for stealing an old man's money .
Great post. McClain would be the Jesse James of the bunch.

    The Face of the Franchise

The face of the raiders right now is Carson Palmer hands down.... It used to be Al Davis, but Palmer is right now, not a very good impression tho, no one fears the Raiders like they should!

    Stanford Routt.

He symbolizes the over paid under performing player contracts that put us in this hole we now play out of.

IMHO right now it is Palmer... This is without a doubt his team, he has been consistently the top performer and leader. but it's not comparable to Brady as the face of NE ect... This team is constantly in a state of transition. the only thing fans have been able to consistently hang their hat on is change. For 9 years with AL it was change in the coaching department. now it looks like the change switches to the players. This team has had how many offensive coordinators? how many defensive coordinators? how many position coaching changes? how many QB changes? Change is the forte of the modern Oakland Raiders... And the thing is we have had some quality coaches roll through here over the years Harbaugh QB coach. Chuck Pagano, the list goes on and on. despite what many people believe Davis had an eye for coaching talent. the problem was he was unwilling to pay them. or to allow them to feel like they had a say in the direction of the organization.
