Raiders | Another big stat line for Carson Palmer

LINK: Raiders | Another big stat line for Carson Palmer - NFL Hot off the Wire

Oakland Raiders QB Carson Palmer completed 29 of his 45 pass attempts for 368 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in the Week 10 game against the Baltimore Ravens. He also ran one time for no gain, and he lost a fumble.

Fantasy Tip: In the past two games, Palmer has thrown for 782 yards and six touchdowns. The fantasy revival will continue for the Raiders QB, as he'll get to face the New Orleans Saints and their abysmal pass defense in Week 11. Consider him a Top 10 fantasy option for that favorable matchup.

Link 2 Carson Palmer Week 11 Fantasy Football Rankings

LINK 3 Carson Palmer, QB, Oakland Raiders, NFL - CBSSports.com

Palmer to face poor pass D: Oakland quarterback Carson Palmer is averaging 360.7 passing yards in his previous three games against the NFC at home and should be able to move the ball again in Week 11 when the Raiders host the Saints. New Orleans ranks 31st in the NFL in pass defense, giving up over 307 yards per contest, and have allowed an average of 25.3 Fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks, which is worst in the NFL.
    (Updated 11/14/12)

Palmer is 277 passing yards away from reaching 3,000 for the sixth time in his career and has a good chance at reaching that mark Sunday. Even if the Raiders fall behind early -- which is certainly a possibility -- the 32-year-old has shown by throwing for 782 yards over the last two weeks that it does not matter if his team wins or not. Owners also do not worry much about Oakland's win-loss record as long as Palmer puts up numbers. That being the case, continue to view Palmer as a viable option in the majority of Fantasy formats for Week 11.

Palmer is 3rd in the NFL in passing yards, and I believe 1st in the AFC. YEAH I'm proud.

    nice individual stat

but also a testament to us playing from behind and garbage time stat padding

its these numbers that helps knapp get hired over and over again.

For the life of me I cant understand why he has so many yards but we have so many 3 and outs and are terrible in the redzone... stats like that you would think we score at least 50+ points a week...

teams jump in cover 4 and leave a gaping hole in the middle of the field during a blow out

its why myers has 500 yards receiving already

its actually why zack miller was who he was and then was quickly exposed in seattle

QB's can have good stats, and even a great passer rating, but is Carson helping the team win games?

Converting 3rd downs, protecting the ball, red zone td efficiency, clutch in the last 4 min of each half, and scoring points overall.

My opinion is that both Carson and Knapp collectively haven't been getting it done this year.

NFL is designed to help the passing game, so yards are easier to come by now more so than ever before in the sport. Carson has the ability, but isn't getting it done for me right now.

Anyone remember Jeff George during our 4-12 season? That's Palmer.

Good grief man, give it a rest. Everyone on this board undestands you don't like Palmer.
Do you really have to run around and post negatives about the guy after every single post that mentions him??

Clueless. Jeff George was one of the biggest pansies to play the game. He folded like a tent the instant a defender came through the line.
Palmer has stood in there over and over and taken plenty of big hits and delivered some pretty nice passes while doing so.
