This team is not very good and there are alot of holes that need to be filled.

We may have been 8-8 the last 2 yrs but the last time i checked 8-8 makes you average at best. Being 8-8 doesnt necessarily mean a team has turned the corner, it is just as easier to fall to below .500 than it is to get above .500.

We can blame the coaches all we want but as far as we know there might not have been any other coaches that wanted to come to Oakland. It is going to take a few years to make Oakland a attractive place for players and coaches.

This team has regressed in every facet. We cannot even do the fundamentals of blocking, tackling and securing the football. It's an absolute embarrassment to watch. Blown coverage, inability to get off the field on 3rd down, when we do, we muff punts. This team is a hot mess at best. Thank god KC is worse right now. Can't wait to see who we draft.

I think we all knew that this team is garbage. This was never the debate. The debate is some of us believe it is the coaches some of us believe its the players. As of right now I dont think it matters. We will rebuild from this year. We suck and Reggies and Dennis first year is a disaster. This is almost as bad as the Jamarcus years.

I would rather be 8-8 in 4 yrs with players that RM and DA have drafted and brought in during FA than be 8-8 with a team that Al built with ridiculous contracts.
