I always start from the bottom up on ranking related raider news from nfl.com but this surprised me, I even considered they forgot him completely.

Gruden was not on that list either and neither was Walsh - guess they must suck too... or perhaps you missed the title, NFL Head Coach Power Rankings - not People-Who-Were-Once-Head-Coaches-Ranking.

Yeah, but where will he be on this list next season? I understand being excited by something new, but his ranking does seem somewhat high considering that he has yet to coach even one regular season game.

I think they are looking at what he did with that denver defense last season as well. Mr. 3 and out Tebow put that Defense in some big holes and they continued to play hard dispite being on the field 80% of the game

Well like the article said they are going on a hunch. Allen seems to have a very impressive personality and has a lot of NFL people sure he's going to be the next great NFL coach. I like him so far and really hope all those people are right.

I would rate Carroll and Fisher higher personally.........and theres no way around the fact thyat they have rated very generously with Allen.....I like Dennis,from what I know, but his resume is thin.........
