How do you think other teams will prepare?

I was thinking about this the other day. For KC, I would put 8 or 9 in the box, pressure Cassel and force him to try and win the game on his arm. The less Casserole throws the ball, the better off KC is.

How do you think defenses will prepare against us? If you try and stack the box, Palmer can audible and find one of our speedy receivers. Once he burns them a few times, they'll wise up and start trying to cover the pass, which opens up the running game. I hope we see more of the no huddle from Palmer. It can force teams into a mismatch which we can capitalize on.

How do you think other teams will prepare?

Every team will gameplan for us differently based on what personnel they have and what strategy they feel would be most effective that day. But I would say as a whole teams are going to try and shut down DMC and force Palmer to throw. If I were a DC that's what I would do. It's no secret that Palmer will try to fit in some tight throws and at times make a poor decision.

Yeah pretty much what the first dude said. McFadden will always be the priority, even in the passing game he's lethal. The WRs on this team require no special attention, just dont let them run past you because you wont catch them. So in coverage is just the basic every day things but then theres the match up nightmare by the name of Marcel Reece. What LB is fast enough to keep up with this man, which DB is strong and big enough to stop him? Not many. Gotta keep an extra man watching him every once in a while. I think we'll see lots of blitzing to stop both McFadden and Palmer. Only way to do it really. But thats until McFadden finds the corner of course!

Think we'll see any wildcat or screen passes with Mcfadden?

I agree, teams will want to stop the run first and make us one dimensional then put the heat on CP. We need to be able to move the ball on the ground which in turn will set up the pass IMHO.
