will new refs hate the raiders as much as the old refs?

Our team has been battling the Refs for years, I think the other 31 teams in the league have to adjust to the scabs !

Yup. Chances are the new officials won't know those special rules tucked in the back of the rulebook to only be used on special occasions when they can screw the Raiders like the Tuck Rule. I'm pretty sure that any big game the Raiders play in the officials have some special rules highlighted to be possibly used if the opportunity is presented to alter the game in the opponents favour.

From the way the hall of fame game was called i doubt the new refs are gonna be able to call anything on anyone. The NFL better get the pros back or were gonna be in for a year of really ****ty refereeing.

From a few of the games I've watched the refs are missing very obvious calls, it's annoying. Remember that the Pre-Season is a time for them to practice and get a feel for the game too.

Exactly why I don't mind all the new faces at all.

I heard they called a touchback on a ball downed at the 4 yard line, forcing the head coach to waste a challenge and get it overturned. Screwed by accident or on purpose is still getting screwed.

I think the main reason the refs had it in for us was Al's relationship with the league. Now that Mr. Davis is gone, I think we may actually see things start to even out again. If the old refs come back they might continue it out of habit for a while though.
