    Ivey waived.

Not surprised if it was a conditional issue, rahter than concussion.

The word was conditioning, pretty sad imo the guy has an opportunity to make an nfl team and shows up out of shape. Oh well, next man up

So the dude was able to practice in all OTA's, but when the real-deal training camp starts he's out of shape??? I don't get it. Oh well. Levi Damien wrote that D.A. was definitely not pleased when asked about Ivey's situation yesterday, so I guess this was coming.

He should have showed up in the best shape of his life, so it's kind of hard to feel sorry for him.

The guy basically had a spot handed to him that was vacated by Henderson and lost it because he couldn't stay in shape - what a waste. Wonder who takes his spot on the camp rosters?

Ivey kinda reminds me of Terdell Sands had great size but thats about it. At least we dont waste time keeping him on the roster for awhile like with Sands.
RIP Al Davis you will forever be in our memories. I know I was very critical of you but I always have and always will appreciate all you accomplished as a RAIDER!! I will root no more or no less for the Raiders and be no more or no less a Raiders fan now that you are gone.

Terd had the Raider defensive player mode down to a science. Played one good year, cashed in on a 4 year $17 mil contract back in 2006. "In six years with the Raiders he started 14 of 75 games, recording 128 tackles, four sacks and an interception." Biggest accomplishment was punching SHane Lechler in the face, for which he was not disciplined. After getting cut by the Raiders, dude showed up at the Pats at 355 and was out of football one game into the season at the age of 30.

One of the many pieces to the puzzle of how we sucked so bad for a decade.

Sad part is, Terd was not without his upside. We failed him every bit as much as he failed us. Course, he did get $17 mil, so I don't feel so bad for him.
