Thanks for all the links. I expect improvement this year, but I won't be surprised if our record is in the 7-9 to 9-7 range. I don't think it will be much worse/much better than that. The important thing is we get a solid system installed and continue to move forward.

The coaches need to be retained for continuity. Players will be able to buy in and get comfortable w/o wondering what the system will be next year. Our drafts and signings should be smarter, and meddling should be a thing of the past.

If we do all that, there's no where to go but up.
