It is technically Raider-related so I'm posting it here. I have a 17 month old boy named Gannon, and have a second kid on the way due in March. If it's a boy should he be named Palmer? I thought about Madden but that sounds more like a girl's name to me.

No, because even tho I think/hope Palmer will do good, if he does bad, its not like a jersey where u can just throw it away, your kid is stuck with that name. What happens if things go bad and half way through the season Palmer decides to retire and go fishing...On the flip side its not like it's a bad name, and pretty much if things go bad you are gonna be the only one upset about it. (it might also cause you to treat him differently..idk depending on what type of person u are). Also, if the raiders have sort of dream season and win the Superbowl, I'd think it would be pretty dope

If you're going with a Raider-related name, I have to agree with everyone else here and say your best bet is to probably go with a Raider legend. Name him Kenneth, Ray, Cliff or some other name from Raider lore. I guess if you have until March you can see if Palmer wins the Super Bowl, because if he does then I am 100% behind you naming your kid Palmer. Not that you need my blessing.
