I read that a while back and was glad Branch was tagged, hoping for a long term deal. Aside from shutting down Gronk I havw always liked Branch, he never appears to give up. I remember watching a game where Branch put it into hyper drive and chased a dude down to save a TD, he horse collared the guy, but then defense held them to a FG (so you know it wasn't last year, lol).

The guy is a damn beast and sometimes looks like the fastest player on defense. He's always walking down a break away

There are fans on this forum that have called for Branch to be cut and replaced with a practice squad player. Keep that in mind when arguing with people around here...

Gronkowski is high on my list of FF players come next draft.

I play in an IDP league, so Branch is often on a roster too - maybe mine. We'll see.

exactly why i hardly engage the michael huff haters

its no coincidence our defense struggled whenever he was either absent or limited due to injury

like it or not, huff is a PREMIUM free safety in this league

I would not go that far, I'd say he is average as is Branch, the fact that they start for us does not make them great safety's. IMHO we have no one on defense who can't be replaced. We need better players on defense period.
