    Rookie LB Miles Burris, a fourth-round pick from San Diego State, agreed to contract terms Thursday, Scout.com reported. Only two of the Raiders' six draft picks have yet to sign or agree to terms: G Tony Bergstrom, a third-round choice from Utah, and WR Juron Criner, a fifth-rounder from Arizona.

    John Madden:They've got a ways to go. He was playing the game without a full deck. To be honest, they don’t have enough players. The cupboard was pretty bare. It would have been tough to do much more than what they did. If he’s going to do well, they gotta get a lot more … some teams need a quarterback or a running back, or a pass rusher … . The Raiders need a whole barrel of guys!

    I think they probably have a waiver for OTA/Minicamps. I think they need to be signed to report to TC though.

    Side note: any (negative) reason why Criner hasn't been signed yet? Or are they still just working things out? Sorry I'd research but I'm at work.

    Criner is almost a 6th rounder it is not likely he will hold out. The salary structure and years are already set out in the CBA. He will not get some big signing bonus. I expect him and Bergstrom to be signed by the time the team goes to Mini Camp on the 11th of June.
