How many jobs are there out there, that if you are charged and found guilty of a misdemeanor, your job will punish you too?

I suspect that's a very short list, and would include those industries where your job may directly be impacted by the misdemeanor - DUI with a bus driver for example.

Good Luck to DHB. It's not the "law" that concerns me, it's Commadant Goodell and his Nazi NFL.

It's not Commandant Goodell who worries me it's these homer Raider fans who think because DHB has such a great work ethic that he should not be held accountable. Same rules for everyone, you *uck up, you pay the price.

Not sure if there is any advantage to this he blew or blood tested a .12 and failed his Field Sobriety Test. I think that is pretty clear cut. I think that maybe they think he will get off with the minimum which is probably the case. I also think GODell is going to hit him with at least a 2-3 gamer.

Here is the Cali Law for 1st Offense DUI and so on.

I suspect this is a prelude to a plea bargain. He couldn't enter a guilty then plea down. Has to be a threat of a trial the state doesn't want to pay for, giving them incentive to make a deal. $0.02+tax.

    By blood test?

    urine?

    Breathylizer?

There is a 25-30% margin for error on breathylizer tests.

The blood content and the percentage content in the tissues of the inner mouth are many times miles apart.

1.2 is beatable in may cases and DA's know this reducing the chances for trial and forcing plea deals.

The blood tests are what are cut and dried.

This plea is probably just a posture to a plea that comes later as the trial gets nearer.

Yeah, hes going to get hit on this one.
